I had a panic attack a few days ago and it resulted in Jane fronting (short version). It's strange and interesting to see whom our disorder will decide on in a moment of true distress, as opposed to switching to handle life's daily stressors.

We've gotten quite sick! Honestly, we've been unwell for 3 weeks now,,, but we had to take off work today :(

Sometimes I do wonder if there's more to me than I can understand. It scares me a little bit, to be more of a person than I'm capable of or comfortable being.

Interesting that our brain has the capacity to design over 50 individuals but almost none of us are good actors. I suppose we never needed to act once we learned to split?

In therapy Luxa came back to front for the first time since Christmas. she'd been denied front (accidentally!!) for over 2 weeks by Blue and myself. First thing she did was check the date -- she missed the new year & everything :(
